WEDDING INFORMATION

If you made it to this section.... Congratulations!! Planning a wedding can be an exciting process, also scary and nerve racking too! No worries! I am here to help you out!

For wedding planning, I provide my couples with a music selection form. I will then schedule as many appointments as necessary with our soon to be newlyweds before the big day to go over all music and selections they have made. I will schedule a final meeting within 2 weeks of your wedding day to finalize all of the details to make sure your day is perfect!


Everyone has their own taste and style in music, so I would like to ensure the music is EXACTLY what you both want. I can help create the day you both have envisioned! With either custom song edits, or just a smooth evening! I am here for you both to make it seamless as possible!


Package Information​  - 


TREBLE CLEF WEDDING Package - 7  Hours -


  • Up to 7 hours of entertainment for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner hour and reception 
  • Full Professional DJ system
  • Two handheld wireless microphones for any announcements etc.
  • Mini secondary ceremony set up with wireless microphone (if needed for same location site)
  • LED lights for dance floor 
  • 4 uplights in a wide range of color selections for reception room
  • Continuous music for the number of hours you need.
  • 2 hour early setup & fast breakdown at no additional charge. 
  • Custom selection of music based on your taste and preferences. A music selection form will be given upon signing of the contract
  • All announcements and introductions to be made throughout your event
  • Unlimited Telephone, Text Message, and Email Consultations
  • Unlimited Face to Face Consultations anywhere in the McHenry county area
  • Coordination with you, the wedding party, the photographer / videographer, and venue staff to make sure your day runs as seamless as possible
  • Backup Equipment and backup DJ if ever needed (I am your DJ, but if something happens beyond my control)  


WEDDING Package - 6  Hours - 

  • Everything that is included in the Treble Clef wedding package but in 6 hours


WEDDING Package - 5  Hours - 

  • Everything that is included in the Treble Clef wedding package but in 5 hours


Micro Wedding- Ceremony Only Package- 1.5 hours      

  • Up to 1.5 hours of continuous music for ceremony
  • Professional mini DJ set up including handheld wireless microphones
  • Custom music selections
  • Unlimited Telephone, Text Message, and Email Consultations


EXTRAS:

  • Additional hours - 
  • Open Air Photo Booth rental -  3 hour rental.

  • TV setup for slideshow  projection- $100 for entire night rental

 REMEMBER: Not all DJ’s are wedding DJ’s. It takes a special set of skills to provide master of ceremonies service at a wedding, organize a playlist while assessing the energy and preferences of the crowd, and – most importantly – creating great quality of sound through top-quality equipment and calibrated speaker systems. 


A true, quality professional holds the energy, and thus the success, of the party in his or her hands, in the all-so-important category of wedding entertainment. It takes time, experience, and training to be a great DJ. So there is a lot of value in the talent of the DJ you’ll bring on for your day. Next to the food, the music played, and the way in which it is played, makes or breaks a wedding, and there’s also the important factor of the DJ’s personality and interactions with the crowd.


An inexperienced DJ who costs way less doesn’t have the hours clocked to learn that too much talking doesn’t thrill a crowd, and cliché statements and attempts at humor will suck the energy out of the room. This is, in many ways, the leader of your wedding, so it’s best to invest as strongly as you can into this very present, energy-creating professional who can make your celebration unforgettable.   



Typical Timeline of wedding

**Example of a sequence of events for reception. Timing may be different, but this may give an idea of the order of events for the evening. 

5pm - 5:30pm-  Ceremony

5:30- 6:30pm- Cocktail hour 
6:30pm- Introductions start
6:35pm- Cake cutting
6:40- Toast, prayers, and thank you's
6:45-7pm- Dinner begins
8:15pm -First dance
8:20pm- Father/Daughter dance
8:25pm- Mother/Son Dance
8:30pm- Bridal Party dance/dance floor is open
9:00pm- Special dance if couple requests (Anniversary Dance, Polka, family dance ect)
9:45pm- Bouquet toss
9:50pm- Garter toss
10:55- Last song of the night is played
